What I loved about this book is that each chapter is a brief history lesson on how God always had a way to show these women that what they are doing and going through will lead to what they were searching for from the start. Each chapter ends with a prayer that Kelly has so beautifully written. This book would be a great addition to your daily prayers and devotions. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2021 )

I knew about a few but learned about some I did not know. This is a very easy read, you can fit it into your time very easily, one chapter at a time. - 5.0 out of 5 stars from Jim S -- What a wonderfully written and inspiring book! : I recently finished reading “Saintly Moms 25 Stories of Holiness” and I loved the book! I’ve read books with short biographies of saints, but this book was so different than I expected. It is wonderfully researched, beautifully written, and uniquely inspiring to any reader (not just moms). I learned some interesting insights into saints I already knew and discovered some new saintly moms I was so glad to be introduced to. What I loved most about the book was Kelly Guest’s talent for weaving in personal and highly relatable perspectives on situations and challenges moms and people, in general, are faced with in life – and the hope and power of facing them with others and with the grace of God. I also loved the prayers and meditations at the end of each chapter making this a spiritually inspiring tool for daily reading. Thank you, Kelly, for bringing this wonderful gift of a book to life and for all you do to be the best mom possible to your own ten children!
